Brahmi which is also known as gotu kola or Indian pennywort, is a well-known Ayurvedic herb with multiple benefits for one’s health. It helps boost memory and also promotes hair growth but did you know it can also help prevent and fight cellulite? Cellulite often appears as dimpled skin due to the deposition of fat pockets. Steps:
- Grind brahmi leaves to make a paste or use gotu kola powder depending on the area you need to apply it on.
- Add some water to make a paste.
- Mix well and apply directly on the cellulite.
- Massage the area for a few minutes and let the paste dry.
- It is best to leave it on overnight and wash it off next morning.
